CBC oil may not be as common as CBD, but it provides a world of benefits all its own. Cannabichromene can help with inflammatory issues from injury, surgery, Crohn’s, colitis, IBS, or IBD. CBC may improve mental functions, acting as a sort of memory booster for some. It can also help with pain management.
The entourage effect of CBD is enhanced as well. So, a full spectrum formula with high levels of CBC increases the benefits of the full spectrum of cannabinoids in the oil.
Why Full Spectrum High CBC Oil:
Get all of the benefits from the full spectrum of cannabinoids while honing CBC’s incredible powers. This formula contains all of the major cannabinoids from CBD to CBN isolate! Not to mention the high potency of CBC!
The oil can help restore gut health by reducing inflammation and pain. It’s particularly helpful for those with Crohn’s, colitis, or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). In general, though, it’s great for gastrointestinal issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Beyond the gut, the cannabinoid can help with general inflammation and pain. It may also be a helpful memory booster. Improve your body and mind a few drops a time.

CBD Legal States:
It’s always smart to know the laws around the products you use. Luckily, all 50 states legalized CBD products in 2018. You may be wondering if putting CBD and THC together makes it illegal. As long as there’s less than 0.3% THC, it’s within the legal limits across the US.
If you’re planning to pack your oil for a flight, the FSA approved all hemp derived CBD products with 0.0% THC. So, you’ll want to look to our isolate and dual isolate formulas!
How Does CBC Oil Work?
The CBC cannabinoid works with the CB1 and CB2 receptors of the endocannabinoid system (ES). The ES runs along our central and peripheral nervous systems, allowing cannabinoids to take effect. Cannabichromene activates the CB2 receptors for other cannabinoids, allowing them to be more effective in the body. This type of phytocannabinoid enhancement is known as the entourage effect.
It only happens when the full spectrum of hemp compounds work together. While all full spectrum formulas provide this synergy in our bodily systems, CBC gives the effect a further boost. The phytocannabinoid doesn’t just improve the functions of other cannabinoids, though. It can help restore gut health, reducing symptoms of Crohn’s, colitis, IBS, or IBD. The phytocannabinoid can also help with memory, inflammation, and pain.
Restore Gut Health
CBC can help reduce gastric acid and motor activity in the gastrointestinal system. Too much activity or acid results in a variety of stomach issues from acid reflux to irritable bowels. Fortunately, CBC can help with issues like IBS or IBD. Most medications to restore gut health from overactivity result in constipation. So, CBC could be an option to provide relief without backing you up.
The cannabinoid can also help with gut inflammation. People have experienced relief from Crohn’s, colitis, and similar ailments through a CBC tincture. While it can’t cure these conditions, the phytocannabinoid can help with symptoms, offering much-needed relief!
Is CBC Oil a Memory Booster?
Memory is such an interesting thing. When we’re young, we can tick off details from our day with ease. As we age, our memories can become slippier —harder to pin down. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to help your mind maintain its vitality?
CBC works with certain types of neural cells to help improve memory and cognitive function. So, it may just be the memory booster you’ve been looking for. Of course, our minds are more complicated than just the functioning of cells. CBC may not be all you need to give you the memory you had as a kid, but these benefits show potential for helping people with cognitive memory dysfunctions!
What About Pain & Inflammation?
CBC oil works with specific channels in the body that regulate inflammation. When the phytocannabinoid regulates these channels, people experience a reduction in inflammation. The cannabinoid then uses these channels to help with pain from an injury, overuse, and various medical conditions.
While several cannabinoids have anti inflammatory properties, CBC can target inflammation that all other cannabinoids cannot. Since this is a full spectrum formula though, this oil can attack swelling throughout your body on several levels, through multiple channels. Altogether, it’s one of the best oils we have for managing edema.
The combined reactions of reducing inflammation and mitigating pain, make the cannabinoid an excellent option for helping postoperative pain. After surgery, our bodies naturally respond with swelling. This swelling increases surgical pain. Since CBC can help with both, it can provide a two-pronged attack on your postoperative pain.
While you can take our word on the oil’s benefits, we suggest reviewing the research for yourself. Get to know the science behind the benefits you need.
Entourage Effect –
In a recent study, CBC worked as an antagonist of the CB2 receptors. Essentially the cannabinoid activated the receptor so it can respond to other cannabinoids. By turning the receptor on, CBC boosts the entourage effect natural to a full spectrum hemp oil.
Anti-Inflammatory Reactions –
There are multiple studies into the anti inflammatory powers of cannabichromene. In one study, the cannabinoid reduced inflammation that CBD and THC were unable to address. CBC managed this feat by activating the CB2 receptors blocked by THC. This increases the potency, and the types of inflammation the cannabinoid can treat. In a separate study, researchers looked at the effects of CBC on TRPV1, TRPV2, TRPVA1, and TRPM8 channels. These channels regulate inflammation and the experience of pain. CBC causes these channels to reduce inflammatory responses and minimize both mechanical and chemical pain responses. So it battles inflammation and pain!
Gut Health –
CBC can help restore gut health by reducing gastric acid, mobility, and inflammation in the gastrointestinal system. In a study on the phytocannabinoid, it helped alleviate gastric inflammation, reducing symptoms of IBS or IBD. The results were so conclusive that the researchers recommended the cannabinoid for clinical trials. A separate study noted the TRPA1 channel is activated by CBC, which reduces inflammation and pain associated with Crohn’s, colitis, IBS, or IBD type conditions.
Brain Function –
A study on CBC and brain function concluded CBC could improve the viability of NSPCs in mice. NSPCs are neural stem and progenitor cells, which impact memory and cognitive function. The scientific community long held that brain cells could not grow or repair after birth. Research has since proven that brain cells can regenerate and develop through NSPCs.
Improving NSPCs viability can thus help grow and repair brain cells related to memory and cognitive function. While CBC may not be a direct memory booster, over time, the cannabinoid may improve brain function. Furthermore, it shows great promise for potential treatment options for cognitive memory dysfunctions, like those seen in people with Alzheimer’s.
