- 1 skin peeled onion diced into half-inch strips

1. Shake the carrot, onion, mushrooms, leek, and celery in the coconut oil and bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees Centigrade) for half an hour, mixing the ingredients every ten minutes.
2. Take a large pot and mix the roasted vegetables and their juices together with dried shiitake, water, pepper, kombu, garlic, and ginger.
